Mammoth Purse, made from shearling and brown leather with blue glass eyes. Has one fixed leather handle. The tail functions as a zipper pull.
Body : 6” long x 3” wide x 4” tall. Head 8” long including trunk

This bag is a made as the first rendition of this design as a means of practicing various techniques. This means there are minor imperfections in the stitching and alignment. These qualities do not affect the integrity or beauty of this piece. The price reflects the state.

Out of appreciation for ethically sourced shearling, Krista worked with a sheep herder within the United States to reclaim materials that would otherwise go to waste. Every stitch and detail is made with skill and passion. These pieces bear marks and imperfections which tell the story of their material origins.
