Oil Lamp in Chocolate Stoneware + Cornstalk Matte.

The exterior of this oil lamp is an unglazed Chocolate Stoneware bowl, filled with foraged river stones collected from the banks of the Imnaha River, the Grande Ronde, and Bear Creek. Surrounded by the stones is a smaller oil reservoir pot, glazed in a Cornstalk Matte finish.

The wick holder is a polished brass insert that sits into a small hole in the reservoir lid.

These were made with the thought of outdoor insect repellent (add some citronella to the lamp oil). But, if used in a sturdy and safe spot with supervision, they could also lend a nice ambience to your dinner table.
