$120.00

A Black Cherrywood bowl, stitched with 99.9% silver wire.

Words from Joshua:

"This Black Cherry bowl was turned from a tree I climbed every day as a child. The tree eventually fell victim to a heavy ice storm, so reclaiming it into this sculptural object felt appropriate."

4" in diameter x 2 1/2" tall

Finished in a food grade coconut oil. Wipe clean. Never place in dishwasher or submerge in water. Re-apply oil as needed to preserve wood and maintain luster.

All H+F wooden items are made from fallen or salvaged Oregon hardwood. This means every object is entirely individual, bearing its own unique figuring, knots, texture, and grain.

Visible mending is an approach that celebrates the history of an object. An object that has been repaired is an object that is appreciated. Each stitch or staple tells a story of existence.
